The staff understand and care for residents in a genuine fantastic way. You can visit whenever you want and your loved one is well cared for and in a beautiful home with lovely rooms. There are Nurses and carers on hand night & day.
They were lovely. Mum was there for 5 weeks. I asked for her not to be moved if she had a fever.
My 8 week placement here has been beyond fantastic! The staff are brilliant at the care that they deliver and have always been welcoming and friendly. One of my best placements by far and definitely recommend this care home to my friends and family. The nurses I have worked along side have built my confidence and knowledge. Thank you for all that everyone has done during my time here and I am disheartened to be leaving. A big thank you to my mentor for guiding me towards the right path and giving me the support I needed.
The care my sister in law received was exemplary. She died recently and the staff were wonderful. They did not just look after her they looked after the whole family with compassion and empathy. Throughout her stay in the home she was treated as an individual and her needs were met accordingly. It was so refreshing to see staff interacting with the residents rather than being bogged down with paperwork as was the case in many of the care homes I used to visit.
