Bad experience with the LD team at Riverside. Not helpful, bad rude receptionist not listening on phones. LD team not helpful, all against me and my autistic learning disabilities.
I have told these people I do not wish to speak to them or be visited by them. I went out today and yet again Dr Saroop was at my house with a CPN wanting to speak to me. This is the third time this has happened. NO means NO !!!!
This is an abysmal service. The doctors do not seem to have any knowledge regarding mental health analysis, diagnosis or treatment. Honestly unsure how some of them are practicing. They don’t listen and just keep referring you on to different drs or organisations with no explanation and without even offering any help themselves.
They turn a molehill into a mountain it seems in order to keep referring people unnecessarily onto organisations that do the same.
They hang up on you befor they've picked up.
I keep calling the duty nurse regarding symptoms and need for medication revision, but get no call back from the doc despite a promise. Its been going on for months. My previous experiences with them have often not been too helpful.
My daughter has been ringing every day this week for help every day asking for someone to ring her back and nothing my youngest daughter killed her self 2 years ago do they ever learn???
The reception staff are very unprofesional and don`t understand that some people with mental health issues have verbulisation problems meaning they can swear and get upset due to them not having there medication and not been able to handle waiting ,my brother has been treated very badly by your service
The call came about 20 mins early. This was not a problem. The psychiatrist I spoke with was incredibly rude, refused to listen to me, did not ask questions and after 6 minutes 6 seconds, hung up the phone.
It took me a long time to ask for help. I needn't have bothered. No doubt after I take my own life "lessons will be learned'!
They are very good at patient’s care and the doctor is willing to have informed chats when needed.
