Good staff, but long waits and poor organisation impacting my child’s care
I have had to chase up appointments after waiting over a year to be seen. The doctors, nurses and general staff are very nice, and they are doing the best they can. I think they are understaffed, which is causing problems. For my child's appointment today, eye drops were supposed to be sent to our home to be administered before the appointment, but they never arrived, meaning that our appointment has been made longer, with more hanging around, which is difficult for a young child.
