Staff are really Irresponsible.
My 5-year-old daughter needed to have a blood test. They gave me a number to book the test, but no one responded to my phone calls. I called approximately 50 times, but no one answered. Then I called my GP for help booking a blood test, but they refused. Finally, I called a main hospital and asked them to arrange a blood test. I got an appointment.
After the blood test, the nurse told me they were sending the blood sample to a different department, so the GP would need to call the hospital to get the results. However, they are not sending the blood results to the GP. I spoke to the GP reception several times and asked them to contact the hospital for the report, but they refused each time. They said it is not their responsibility to collect test results from the hospital. Now, nearly a month has passed, and we still haven't received the blood results. My child is suffering from her condition.
