Mirfield Surgery
I had to self refer to the community maternity care team, and the surgery did provide me with details of how to do this. But despite doing this weeks and weeks ago and my pregnancy advancing I have heard nothing from them. I have approached my GP surgery for help and they have not been helpful at all.
