Handsworth Wood Medical Centre
Before it was bad when it was telephone only but now you can do it online and it's easier to get appointments. They don't do weekend appointments which would be more helpful. The reception staff can be moody but one of them is lovely and bubbly.

It is also an effective way to recruit service users for any wider engagement work at your organisation.
