They are generally good. It can be difficult to get appointments, which is frustrating. At a medication review they stopped them and didn't tell me. I had to call reception and get it all sorted. I can now order online. They staff are very good. Always have been. Very understanding and they listen.

Alongside ensuring providers can have a fair say in discussions about their services, replying to reviews demonstrates evidence of responding to patient feedback for the CQC, who regularly monitor our Feedback Centre. It is also an effective way to recruit service users for any wider engagement work at your organisation.
