On phoning this practice it is quite usual to wait over 15 minutes for a reply. Then a phone consultation with a Dr later in the week is the first choice offered. If a "face-to-face" appointment is requested one is rarely available in less than two weeks and on occasion even a month. I note that the CQC has not yet visited the practice.
