Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham
I went to A&E and was there for 9 hours. It was chaos, people socialising and saving seats for family. No chairs. Staff are overworked and you feel bad for them. It affects patients. Once seen it's rushed as they're busy. Polite and not rude, but overrun and too many people. People need to know when to use A&E and when not to.
