Awful rude receptionist

The receptionist is the first point of call for patients and the receptionist at Tile Cross Surgery is just awful. She has been rude to me and I have witnessed her being very rude to other patients many of whom are elderly and don't speak up for themselves. I really think that the surgery need to address this matter. I have no trouble speaking up for myself and have complained about the receptionist but nothing is ever done and they continue to treat the patients in a terrible way.

  • Remain professional and treat people's comments fairly
  • Engage with the content of the review by addressing specific points and avoid cut and pasting a standard response
  • Don't disclose the service user's personal details or any potentially identifying information
  • Where appropriate leave organisational contact details e.g PALS or patient engagement teams for people to get further information
