Shocking
Husband who had recently had chemo and therefore low immunity was told to sit in waiting room with well over 100 other sick people who were waiting. After complaining was told he should have sat in a different room but was not advised of this on entering A&E. Had X-ray at midnight and then had no feedback for 3 hours so told them we were going home at which point they said he needed to be admitted but no beds. Left husband there at 3am and walked back to main entrance to get taxi home. Two rats ran in front of my path. At 3am still 100 people in waiting room.
