I find it impossible to get appointments due to the way the system is set up. You have to call on the telephone first thing in the morning, I have tried this and it is normal to be over 35th in the queue. I have lost all confidence in the system and most of the time I do not even bother trying to get an appointment because I know I won't be able to get one and the system and process is so stressful and frustrating I just don't see the point.
