I have been coming here for 40 years. All the staff are brilliant from the surgeons to the gardeners. Everyone is excellent. they listen and never dismiss me. They talk to me not at me. I always feel confident in what they're doing. A big thank you from our family.

Alongside ensuring providers can have a fair say in discussions about their services, replying to reviews demonstrates evidence of responding to patient feedback for the CQC, who regularly monitor our Feedback Centre. It is also an effective way to recruit service users for any wider engagement work at your organisation.
