A bad experience
I had a bad experience with one of the GPs here, who is supposed to be one of the best. When I arrived there was a huge queue at reception. I was then sent to the wrong room three times before finally seeing the correct GP. I suffer from mental health issues and felt very antagonised. I asked for a diagnosis and support with reports for housing and student finance but they were reluctant to help. He said he had lots to do. I felt upset and antagonised. He backed away like I was a risk, which I'm not. I asked if he would just listen to me and he said he would do a report for me in his own time. He never did the report. I am not homeless and sofa surfing. I have had to pause my studies as I can't get student finance. I received better care in prison than I did here.
