Handsworth Wood Medical Centre
The website isn't great, and when you try to get through on the phones it just rings out. It's not great. They tell my mom to fill in a form online and she can't do that. Some reception staff are friendly and you can call and they will fill it in whilst on the phone but others aren't helpful at all. The website isn't user friendly. The parking is a nightmare here too.
