The best company I have worked for
Choices care has been the best company I have worked for. The staff in the office and the management team have been really supportive. When I joined I did have some personal problems and was sufferring from depression and anxiety. The team ensured I was well supported at work. I would get called regularly to ensure I was well while working. There was a few days I was unable to come to work as I felt really low and depressed but the team supported me and gave me the time off. As well as the office staff and management the carers out in the community all work very well together as a team/family. They all practice correctly according to the policies in the place. They all ensure care is being delivered correctly and if any concerns have been identified they inform the office staff immediatley.
