Lack of compassion from the owners
The manager/owner just cares about the money they will receive from each client. When an enquiry for potential client comes he starts to calculate the money/profit he will make. The assistant manager doesn't not even know how to carry out assessments and is overall incompetent. You have (training manager) that recommends cannabis to clients for pain relief. Some of the carers cannot speak proper English and the training is carried out in bengali. Previously a client ceased services from reliance as the carers couldn't speak English and used to talk among themselves in bengali totally ignoring the client. How they are still in business is beyond me.
