Awful place no sympathy at all

In the last couple of months atleast half of the staff have walked out.This speaks volumes and the care staff remaining are not fit for purpose.Even the manager walked out.The care has declined rapidly the food is unappealing and never enough for the residents either.Elderly people have basic tastes they do not want curry or stir-fry they have dentures for crying out loud.The owners are rude beyond belief and is only a money making scheme for them.They have cut back on staff also on domestic staff therefore hygiene and odour is a big issue.Everything was swept under the carpet ever since this home opened issues were not dealt with care staff that are abusive are still there its.The residents are coming a very poor second still.The reception staff I have to say along with other relatives are pig ignorant but she is a friend of the owner (there is an awful lot of this
in the home,and not fit at all for their job,The other reception staff locks away the incontinence pads and rations them.She is no carer so why is this allowed to continue.Is this not meant to be their home even though the owner locked 1of the lounges to stop the residents sitting down in their own lounge to make them all go downstairs. What a total disregard for their wellbeing.The manager that has taken over but is stifled by the owners knows the issues but as I say everything comes down to money and their so.Several issues still happening and one wonders if these have been reported to the relevant bodies as they have not always been in the past -things covered up.Undercover care staff need to go in this home like Panorama.CQC are a complete waste of time they are only interested in paperwork and not the care.
