Doctors do not know my children's needs
My doctor said all services are struggling and nothing can be done. We can get appointments now as we fill in an online form, which is better then calling and waiting in a queue. You have to use 'code words' like safeguarding or 38 degree fever. We never see the same GP, no one seems to know my kids or their needs. My daughter was poorly recently and we took her into the doctor and and the doctor asked her questions and she just froze as she had never met him before. My son also has selective mutism and the GPs aren't very understanding of it. Everything is digital now, so even getting medication can be an issue as it might not be signed etc causes delays.
