Failed to deliver urgent 2 week appointment
I was supposed to have a procedure carried out by the ENT department within a two week period as a matter of urgency, but this did not happen. I have spent over 6 hours on the phone calling lots of different numbers and speaking with lots of different departments to try and chase up this appointment and stress the urgent nature of it, but I have struggled to get anywhere. I am really disappointed by the service provided. Navigating my health journey and trying to chase up appointments etc while I have been so unwell has been very difficult and the hospital have not helped at all.
