Terrible to get an appointment
Terrible accessing appointments. To access them online you have to put all your symptoms in. So if you want medication you have to put the symptoms in for it, like hypertension and then that can lead to the system telling you to contact 111 or 999 but all you want is your regular medication. I had to argue with reception over a medication check as they said she didn't need a check but the pharmacy had said she was due a rapid health check. I had to keep telling her a clinician had requested a full medical check and review. They said they would get back to me and they didn't. I booked a nurse appointment finally but ended up seeing the GP. The reception staff act like barriers and take it upon themselves to make clinical decisions. You get constantly blocked. She did finally get follow up appointments which were needed. But the time it takes and the arguing to get it is terrible.
