SHP - Grove Surgery
I can walk here but I can never get an appointment. Not even after my hysterectomy when I couldn't drive. I needed HRT and it took them two weeks to get a prescription. I filled in the online form and they never responded, so I called them. Then still no call back the next day. I was told I would have to wait a month for a routine appointment. Told me to get the notes sent from the private surgeon. It's frustrating and I'm never seen on time either.
