Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham
A 10 hours A&E wait to see a doctor. It was freezing cold, was hungry and the machines weren't working. I eventually got some biscuits from them. We kept being moved around and seeing different people but they just kept doing observations. It was ridiculous. There were staff standing around on their phones, eating and chatting. They were browsing the internet whilst people are waiting to see a doctor.
