Bad Customer service
I was discriminated by the reception staff because I was medically exempt from wearing a mask, I was told to wait outside and leave my children in the waiting room. I was told by the dentist that I comply to the rules or I will be removed from the register to which I responded that is blackmail as I have a medical exemption, his staff at reception wasn’t even wearing a mask so why was I being forced to? I also said I’d make a complaint and his response was you can try but good luck in getting anywhere. To top it off my autistic son was refused access to the toilet which resulted in him wetting himself shortly after leaving. Absolute shambles of a practise
