The are very kind and caring. They made sure my allergies were catered for. Things like spray on plasters instead of normal plasters because of my latex allergy. They are 100% on the ball and it's reassuring to know. The doctor knew I was anxious and they reassured me that everything would be fine. They did their absolute best for me. It was minimal pain and discomfort because of the pain medication they gave me.
