Improved but not enough
SHP have got better but they are still not as good as they should be. The online system is acceptable but I have to get my son to book the for me and even he struggles. I did manage to get an appointment the last time I needed one, despite the receptionist not being helpful. The frustrating thing is that you see a doctor and the doctor tells you that they want to see you again the next week or in two weeks time but you are unable to book that appointment. The receptionists tell you that you have to wait and make contact on the day by the online form. This just does not make sense and is very frustrating.
