I really think the service has gone downhill over the last 12 months. I struggle to get appointments and have problems every month with my repeat prescriptions as they never make it to the pharmacy and always has items missing. I then have to chase the doctors and often they don't have a clue what is going on. It's frustrating. It's no better trying to get a GP appointment for children either.
