Lack of care & poor communication
I was admitted to Heartlands Hospital over the Christmas period. Care was lacking and the food was awful. I told them that I had an appointment the next day at Solihull Hospital and asked if they could make contact with them and explain why I would not be at the appointment. Despite how poorly I was, I was told that I needed to cancel the appointment myself. There is a complete lack of communication between hospitals and departments in UHB. Service and care was poor and I was not satisfied with the service.
