Great service when required emergency visit due to burst ear drum, But trying to rebook with the same doctor for reviews on condition is like looking for the pot of gold.
Cannot book with the same Doctor a month in advance, get told to wait until the week before then you still have to triage. How difficult does it have to be. You can book a holiday 8 months in advance. I work in the NHS so I know it doesn't have to be this hard.
