Heartlands Hospital
I was admitted to the hospital and spent 7 days on ward 17. The care was good, the staff were great. The food was ok. My only concern was that there were dementia patients on the ward and there was a lack of dignity for those patients. In particular one patient repeatedly stripped off naked and walked around the ward. I think that more needs to be done to protect people's privacy and dignity when they are in hospital.
