Disgusted by the staff and disturbed by the s
I narrowly escaped suicide.
Alive by chance.
Patients not treated as people.
Disgraceful phone service.
Services withdrawn
Patients handled as problems
I had a complete breakdown.
No apologies from them atall.
Staff should question the practice of colleagues.
Help needed was offered but not given.
Clinicians appear immune to caring. Patients pleas for basic help not registered.
Minimum standards not stuck to.
Private healthcare can't be afforded by all and patients shouldn't need to pay when there is an NHS service.
This service could have helped me enough but staff here are just looking at numbers and internal politics.
NHS could pay private clinicians to help patients rather than spend more on paying the staff here and training them to be compassionate.
When I was seen privately I was treated like a human being and with dignity. Completely different.
Primary care should not refer patients to this service when they do not meet simple requirements of good practice.
Attempted and completed suicides and tragedy could be avoided.
Patients should be surveyed on service delivery and the power imbalance and inequality here.
