Tried to get some help for depression. Made me wait 2 months for "triage". Tried to fob me off with sleep hygiene. Didn't read the notes. Tried to make out I was being difficult because I said, "I assumed that they would have read the notes". Unjustifiably arrogant
Condescending. Shockingly unprofessional. I dread to think what they do to people in worse conditions than mine. Or with less capacity than mine. I suspect many of those end really very badly.
