Admittance of vulnerable young adult

Since my daughter was admitted after a mental breakdown I was only contact once to get details of her being admitted, my daughter though very, very vulnerable has made claims she was assaulted by a member of staff,(by the name of Adi) which was denied when I rang to find out the details. I am very, very worried about her care in this hospital, and am just getting fobbed off with excuses. I was led to believe I would be kept informed about her treatment/care, but none of this has happened. Surely as a hospital dealing with young vulnerable patients, the concerns of the parent has to be taken into consideration, I'm only left to worry if she is getting the care she needs in the correct manner.
