Bloods done but no follow up

I went to the gp to query peri menopause symptoms. They did order blood tests. The results came back via the NHS app. From what I could decipher they said normal but there has been no follow up from the gp. All my symptoms point to peri menopause but because the blood test has come back normal it seems that it just that. I've done my own research which suggests that blood test results are not always an accurate way and that symptoms should he considered. It's very confusing, and quite disappointing.
