The care was good and the doctors and nurses were nice. It was very far to travel when I live very close to Heartlands Hospital. I requested that future appointments take place at Heartlands hospital and the consultant told me that it would be possible as the same clinic runs there. I was very pleased with how helpful and understanding they were.
