No communication

I was referred to duty metal health nurse Sean; who at 1st seemed great.
App attended on 19th July, no letter/communication with either myself or the gp. Promised I'd be seen as my meds haventvbeen reviewd in 2.5 yrs & promised help with my housing situation - so far NOTHING!!
Been trying to speak to Sean since 25th August, all I get told is they've emailed him.
Gp told me I'd got an app 3rd Oct, this was cancelled as I was seen urgently in July, asked to see a mental health doctor & told I couldn't as there's only 1 for the whole of Birmingham.
As disgusting & Tey wonder why people are committing suicide.

Alongside ensuring providers can have a fair say in discussions about their services, replying to reviews demonstrates evidence of responding to patient feedback for the CQC, who regularly monitor our Feedback Centre.   • Don't disclose the service user's personal details or any potentially identifying information
  • Where appropriate leave organisational contact details e.g PALS or patient engagement teams for people to get further information
