You don't get appointments on time, they say they'll call you back and don't call back. But can still get appointments with them. Staff are okay, they're good people, it's just not like it used to be. Only problem is, they say discuss one thing in the appointment. Nurses are helpful, I usually see the nurses and don't see the doctors as much as I want.
