Appointment booking and communication issues

Appointments take ages to book over the phone. You have to call at 8am, but when you call there is no answer, and when you do get through there are no appointments. I received a text saying that you can now book appointments online, which I can't do. The text also said that if you are older and can't use the app, like me, then you can still book using the phone. I can't do this. The doctors are okay. I see different people each time. Some are better than others. I am not given a lot of information or communication, for example, how long to take medication for.
