On the whole mom is looked after and a lot of the staff really good, then you get one person staff or cleaner who thinks it’s ok to steal off old vulnerable people. 3 times my mom had her jewellery she has worn most of her life broken or taken. The police were called but it don’t get back what was hers. Don’t leave anything of any value or sentimental value to your family as it will be broken or stolen. Clothes go missing frequently to.
