Seven‑month wait followed by repeated errors and added stress
It's been the worst experience. It's took 7 months to get an appointment and they made all silly excuses up as to why I couldn't see a psychologist. They said because I wasn't taking medication they couldn't see me. I'm chasing a diagnosis. I had weekly calls asking how I was. They called me out the blue asking when the last time I had a drink as they had seen my medical records and there is a problem with my liver but they were wrong and had mixed me up. Eventually I got diagnosed with PTSD and anxiety but the notes they wrote up were wrong. They had put in my notes I had contemplated suicide and got my gender and age wrong. They then called me apologising and said they would correct things and be in touch. They called again and I could barely hear them and they had me on loudspeaker and someone else in the room. They have stressed me out even more.
