Very rude stuff at the entrance

Today at 16th of July I've had an appointment at antinatal department at 10.45am I have arrived about 5 min early and I had my 1 year old baby in pushchair with me. I've been stopped by black security man who started questioning me why I've come, what for and which department , so I answered where I'm going. FIrstly,I wasn't comfortable to talk to the man at the entrance to the women hospital as it is, him makes me feel so much down,secondly, I'm very unsure that the stuff is trained right that man is obviously overtaken his position of security him is very loud and rude, him informed me that basically him won't let me inside because of my baby and it is new rules. If it is new rules nobody informed me about changes by posting my appointment, last time I was also with my baby because my husband at work and I don't have nobody to babysitting my child. At the same time everybody passing in with their partners, visiting relatives and I'm not allowed inside with my child, why? Why my child is very dangier for a public anybody could answer? We don't have any symptoms of Covid.It was very hot day today and that man kept me outside for 40 minutes so I missed my appointment. I have been seen later after I called myself to the antinatal department but my day was ruined. Absolutely bad experience, horrible day.
