Heartlands Hospital
I want to say a big thank you to the fabulous SDEC team. Their team work, humility, humour and care despite being very busy, with long waits, made it comfortable and worked with the system to get results, I have to say past experience of the hospital has not been great for myself and family but this team excelled themselves and deserve a pat on the back. This is part of the NHS that works.

Alongside ensuring providers can have a fair say in discussions about their services, replying to reviews demonstrates evidence of responding to patient feedback for the CQC, who regularly monitor our Feedback Centre. It is also an effective way to recruit service users for any wider engagement work at your organisation.
