Absolutely disgraceful service.

This company is a disgrace, needs closing down for the safety of others. My dad who didn’t receive care from them was left for over 36 hours upstairs collapsed on the floor as the carers who knew how to access the property did not enter. The manager didn’t even contact family members to inform us they couldn’t gain entry as dad would always answer the door this should have rang alarm bells but because it wasn’t followed up my mom who is bed bound and does receive care from them was because of this left in bed for 36 hours without food, water, medication And distraught wondering where dad had gone. Some of the carers are unprofessional also, one of them lending money of dad who is vulnerable and a gets a little confused at times. Carers turning up an hour or 2 late or as it suited them and not I informing dad. Absolutely disgusted with the service we received I would not call this a ‘care’ company.
