I worked for this Company and I found it to be understaffed, rushes and there was no leadership at all. The Seniors delegates all their work and did not become fully involved in any aspect other than medication. I found Residents to be waiting for long periods of time without support. The Home was dirty despite the good work from Housekeeping staff. The furniture was dated and in desperate need of replacing. The staff were rushed of their feet whilst receiving minimal breaks. I felt for the lovely Residents. The concerns raised were not met with the response I felt they should be, they were overlooked. The staff team, if you were a long standing staff member you were fine but not if you were new. You were paired with Agency staff which was a frequent occurrence. This Home. Oils be fantastic with the right Team.
