Good but difficult to get appointments
They are good, but they are not as good as they were before COVID. We try not to go as much now as it is difficult to get an appointment. We have to book appointments over the phone, because even though there is an online option, we cannot use it. I have downloaded the NHS App and I am trying to learn how to use it but it is very difficult as we are not IT literate. We can't fill in the form that you have to fill in to book an appointment. We spent over an hour trying to fill it out but we couldn't. My husband then said to the surgery that he wants to talk to the manager about this, and then we were offered an appointment.
