OHP - Ridgacre House Surgery
I booked an appointment with the surgery, and then when I attended, the reception said that they could not find my appointment. The doctor came out and said that there was no appointment booked so they could not see me. I insisted that I had booked an appointment and that the mistake must lie with the receptionist who took the booking. The doctor did finally see me but they were not happy about it. I received a letter of apology a few days later.
