Found them easy to contact and very prompt in responding to requirements and issues
Right Care were efficient, nothing was too much trouble for them. Always there when needed and having the same Carer gave good continuity of care for my Father.
The Care manager is very professional and selected the correct care worker to assist with the individuals care needs. The Care provided has helped me to gain a better quality of life. The Care workers are superb at time keeping. If there are any delays, the Care Manager will ensure that I am updated.
The Care workers take much pride in the service and care that they provide and treat you with much respect.
The care is been provided to my father , who comes from a family of 8 children and many Granchildren but unforgentaly care from his family is very limted and if it wasn’t for the care provided he would of been negelcted. As we were struggling to provide care for him .
This is not the first care team we have used but certainly the best with full knowledge And high quality Of care and having the oppurtunity to contact the Manager as communication between service users and the team is key .
The carears them self arrive with Happy to help attidute and ready to do . Whilst been present occasionly we can seen the difference it make to our father when they arrive greet and continue with carying out their job finishing with plesent byes . Its a fab time of indivauals professionaly carrying out the care of duty and just what is needed when ability and wellbeing is not 100% . We would of struggled without a doubt if we never had them on hand . We as A family are very grateful to Right care Health and wish them sucess for the future .
Great service from all carers and good communication with the Manager . Coming from a large family we have struggled to look after our father who otherwise would be neglected . However having Right care on hand has been more than peace of mind it has meant we can lead our lives whilst he has professional care team to hand as this is not the first team we have used but definitely is the Best . The Duty of their care speaks for itself as there is many great aspects to The Package . Great team of individuals and just what service users need when ability or well being is not 100%.
The care manager always responds to our queries well. Right Care have an excellent service and treat me with respect and dignity. Wonderful service and very well managed.
Right Care has been providing home care services for my elderly mother aged 86 years. The staff are courteous on time and provide a very high quality of service. I have used other companies which I have not been happy with. The care manager is very approachable and will listen to your concerns and ensures they are addressed. Very happy customer.
