I had my first appointment at podiatry around two and half months ago. They were good and sent me to a clinic in Erdington to have an operation to sort the problem. They explained everything well. They were good there.
The physio gave me exercises and at first I thought he is young how is he going to know but after I did them I felt good. He is very knowledgeable.
I come twice a week for bandages and dressing changes. The staff are lovely. It's good here.
I have been coming here for 2 years now for dressings for ulcers. They're really good. The staff are very nice and very helpful. Everything runs smoothly.
The waiting area is good and it's very clean here too.
My first appointment was cancelled in March after a 2 month wait but then my next appointment came through and it's been very good. I was given an aid to help walk and a follow up appointment was made straight away. It is very easy to get through to them and very very good communication. I got a new walking stick today so very good.
He needed a check up with the dentists and they were really good with him. They made him really comfortable. You never have to chase up appointments.
It's okay. They do a review to see how my exercises at home are going. The physio is very good and appointments are so easy to make.
I went to physio and was in and out quickly. They told me what things I needed to do to help. The physio was good and knowledgeable, I found the appointment helpful.
I had my first check up at podiatry and I explained everything to them, they then discharged me straight away. I was referred again for the same issue. They told me to do physio at home whilst waiting for another appointment.
I'm happy with the service and the dentist explains thing well here. Communication is good.
It was very nice here. They give me exercises for pain and they look after any infection and contact a urologist for prostate.
It's all been good for my first appointment so far. The staff have all been good.
Everything has been okay. All has been fine. I was seen slightly later but they were apologetic and it's a good service.
It's been very good. Knowledgeable and give good advice. The exercises work well for me and they see me regularly.
I see the diabetic nurse and I have a telephone conversation with a doctor every now and then. It's fine.
Sometimes I didn't know what time the district nurses were coming. Sometimes it could be morning or afternoon.

Excellent, more than excellent so pleasant and informative. Very efficient too. Always see the same person so you get to know them.
Came back here for a follow up. It's been really good and they took their time. The service is 10 out of 10.
The first appointment was okay. No complaints. Very accommodating with autism too, they are very patient and didn't push him when he'd had enough.
It's the fourth visit and it helps me a lot. They always give me appointments when needed. I get exercises to do at home and its all working.

I was told I could have the covid jab here but when i got there they said they didn't do it. What a wasted journey.
