"Above and Beyond"
I've been using Richmond Pharmacy for roughly 2yrs now and have nothing but praise for the staff. The front line (1st interaction with customer) chap's very pleasant, knowledgeable and polite. His example is reflected in the behind the counter area where staff are always ready to spare me 5-10 mins (when possible) and everyone is just as pleasant and ALL staff deserve a medal. I truly hope I'm not offending one of them when I criticize the layout, décor, lack of privacy and organised chaos in the dispensing area is only tolerable due to the team.

This is a good pharmacy I have never had any problems. The staff are helpful.

They're good. It's close to the GP and I can get medication easily and quickly.

For my prescriptions they're brilliant. It's ready quickly, they're good like that and they give good advice too.

We get the medication delivered to us and always on time. Never wait and nothing ever missing. Very helpful.

Not good for delivery as it can take a bit of time to receive it but they're okay.

Good at giving over the counter medication information and they let the hospital know which medication they have suggested as its easier to get medication that way.

They're good. They gave me a years supply of medication and have been really good. I can ask them questions and they give me really good advice too. They ask me the right questions.

Not happy with the slow service provided. They take a very long time to get my prescriptions ready.

"They can never find prescriptions."
Sometimes when you go they can't find your prescription, so they tell you to come back later. Then it's not ready. Now I get it delivered to me.

Staff are very good and provide excellent information and advice.

I haven't had to use them for information or advice but they are really good at dispensing and getting my medication ready. You're not having to wait.

I walked in and they did my covid jab straight away. I didn't have to make an appointment. They were very good. A quick service. Job done.
"Always out of stock of medication."
They are always short of stock and I have to wait for two days to get my medication.
"Straight forward"
Straight forward, took my name on a piece of paper and then took it to the back and gave me my prescription when it was ready.
