"No online booking"
The only issue I have experienced at my GP surgery is that I have to make contact for appointments by telephone. There is no online booking system which would be useful.

There has been recent improvements to appointment access. Although there can still be quite a wait for non-emergency appointments, emergency appointments are much easier to access now. The doctors here are pretty good too.
I am seen every six months by the asthma nurse at the surgery. They are very good and I am happy with the service and care I receive.
I attend the surgery once a month and have regular blood tests. My main problem at the surgery is that I don't get to see the same doctor. I have probably seen 10 different doctors and would prefer to see the same one. When I request to see the same doctor they always tell me they are not available or that they are not in.
They're good when I go to them. I don't go very often and when I do they see you quickly. No long waits.
It is quite easy to book an appointment to see the doctor. I haven't found any issues with them. They call me every so often to check up on me via phone and messaging.
Takes 10 days to see the GP and in the end GP tells you to take a paracetamol.
